Visited Ugaoo at Hiranandani Estate today and really had a good experience. The staff is super patient, polite and actually helpful - not the usual rushed attitude you see in most stores. We had picked 2 peace lily and 7 jade and they helped us with the potting right there and also explained everything we needed to know. Mr. Zeeshan was very helpful and polite. Overall just a very nice vibe and you feel like they genuinely care.
